The Clerk's Office does not collect personal information or payments for passport applications over the web.  When applying for a passport, please bring the required application, identification, citizenship documents and payments to our office:

As the Clerk of Superior Court, it is necessary to protect the citizens of DeKalb County and our properties. Recently, during a system upgrade to our Real Estate Anti-fraud Registry, a glitch occurred and has generated erroneous email notifications. We apologize for any inconvenience.
