Debra DeBerry, Clerk of Superior Court with Dr. Joseph Bona, Chief Medical Officer of DeKalb Community Service Board.
Debra DeBerry, Clerk of Superior Court in DeKalb County is charged by the Georgia Constitution with the care, custody and control of DeKalb County’s records. In her capacity, she is able to observe trends in cases and has noticed an increase in both civil and criminal cases involving Mental Health issues.
